OIF is looking for someone to run the Kitchen at the St Cloud, MN board & lodging facility. Hours will be 10:00am - 2:00pm, Monday - Friday. This person will be responsible for preparing meals that will be served at 11:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. This person will be responsible for planning meals that will be served at 11:30 am and 4:30 pm on Saturday's & Sunday's. This person will be responsible for ordering groceries weekly, maintaining food storage, planning and/or preparing meals for each day of the week, and following ServSafe food preparation and storage requirements.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Able to cook for large groups using a budget.
• Ability to prepare nutritious meals 2 times a day, 5 days a week.
• Must be able to plan 2 meals a day, 2 times a week for Saturday's & Sunday's.
• Ability to follow instructions given by Chief Executive Officer.
• Ability to work with adult men with mental illness and chemical dependency issues.
• Ability to work with other staff members.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Must be dependable, responsible, honest, and experienced.
• Knowledgeable about commercial kitchens and how they are run.
• Knows how to plan meals for large groups.
• Knowledgeable about food preparation and storage regulations.
• Higher education such as college credits or a degree is recommended but not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Able to follow company policies and procedures.
• Must maintain ongoing training for Food Manager Certification, paid for by Company.
• Must be First Aid / CPR certified (provided by employer).

• Able to work independently, with good skills in teamwork and collaboration.
• Able to be flexible and manage time.
• Able to communicate effectively, positively, and professionally with residents, and others.
• Able to lift heavy objects when appropriate.

Summary Profile: The Clerical Assistant (CA) is a highly organized person committed to helping a company’s office run smoothly. This entry-level position is made for a team player who can step in wherever necessary and knows that every duty is important to OIF’s overall success. The CA helps other office staff in performing a wide variety of administrative duties and program support activities. The CA works with the Administrative Coordinator and Case Worker in coordination and completion of various community projects and/or events.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Performs research and analysis on specific issues related to DHS licensing requirements.
• Independently prepares reports on analysis when requested by CEO.
• Ensures that operations are in compliance with the State of Minnesota Department of Health & Human Services policy provisions and standards.
• Works with Administrative Coordinator on various clerical tasks.
• Organize, prepare, and facilitate annual training for all staff.
• Learn duties and responsibilities of Case Worker resident intake process.
• Assist Case Worker with responsibilities to cover as needed.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Must be dependable, responsible, honest, and experienced.
• Higher education such as college credits or a degree is preferred with some clerical training.
• Previous experience in an office setting, with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Able to follow company policies and procedures.
• Must maintain ongoing education provided by OIF or an outside educator.
• Must be First Aid / CPR certified (provided by employer)

• Strong communication skills, coordinating skills, and extremely self-motivated.
